No.1平台保护性公告
考虑到此次的发展,大部分工厂和卖家无法于初七恢复正常营业。平台特此发布公告更新以下几项内容:
▶ 平台决定将延长备货期至2月10日,在此期间不计算备货期,自2月11日开始计算。
▶ 平台将取消对1月26日-2月10日成交不卖订单的处罚。切记,如不能确保有效发货期内发货,不要填写虚假发货单号,虚假发货正常接受处罚。
▶ 由于疫情导致部分地区物流、供应链受到一定影响,为支持平台卖家渡过难关,平台决定暂不进行2020年1月份的商户服务评级考核(即2月5日评级考核暂停),卖家权益以当前考核结果为准。后续考核时间另行通知,请关注公告。

No.2买家售后
2月1日之后,请务必安排客服人员解答买家咨询、售后服务相关问题,如遇到难以回答的纠纷问题,可以与线上客服进行咨询,敦煌网客服人员会协助解决。
No.3无法发货的订单
关于无法发货的订单,请务必在2月10日之前主动联系买家,积极与买家沟通,争取延期发货和买家谅解。如果买家不同意延期发货,建议直接退款给买家,成交不卖订单免处罚。切记,务必不要填写虚假单号。
No.4商品及时下架
还请尽快完成在售架上商品的盘点,如供应链或者物流原因不能及时发货,建议先将商品进行下架,避免后期产生更多纠纷。
